Julienne the radicchio, endive, and frisee. Mix together as a salad and set aside. Crisp the bacon, poach the egg, and toast the bread. Season the salad with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place it in a serving plate, add the bacon and poached egg. Serve warm with the toast.
